Ashton Woods is looking for ambitious home sales professionals to join its dynamic sales team. Community Sales Managers are responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects in order to secure sales. Additionally, they are responsible for initiating, monitoring, and expediting the home buying process in order to reach their company established sales goals. Candidates should have a demonstrated strong command of Sales PRO concepts and Lead Management System. This position represents Ashton Woods Homes by properly communicating company policy and procedures regarding product and service to all prospects. Community Sales Managers must conduct themselves at all times in an ethical, professional manner consistent with good business practice and established policy.
