Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms
  • Ability to travel locally for outreach and relationship-building

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and healthcare agencies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic marketing plans to meet occupancy goals.
  • Represent the community at events, networking functions, and healthcare meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track and report marketing activity, trends, and competitive insights using CRM tools.
  • Share best practices and support other Community Relations Representatives across the region.
