About The Position

Brightview Senior Living is proud to announce that our NY family is expanding... we're opening our 3rd community in the White Plains area and we're looking for a talented Community Sales Director to help with this exciting endeavor! The Community Sales Director at a Brightview Senior Living Community is often the first person our future residents and families have the opportunity to meet. This first impression is what conveys our vision, mission and the vibrancy of our organization to them and to the surrounding community! As our Community Sales Director, you will be key to the success of Brightview Greenburgh which is scheduled to open its doors in early 2027! Brightview Greenburgh provides an opportunity for a sales professional to represent and market a brand-new community in the early stages of construction in the Westchester county market. Our Sales Team will split schedules to ensure that we provide our prospective residents and families sales coverage 7 days a week and will also be responsible for hosting or attending events outside of typical business hours as necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Previous healthcare/senior living sales experience is required.
  • Ability to quickly connect with others and pinpoint their needs.
  • Proven success in community outreach, generating leads, and overcoming opposition to generate sales.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Value in senior living and providing exceptional customer service to older adults.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and energy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Educating the general community about the services and value of Brightview while building personal relationships with seniors and their families.
  • Acting as a guide for seniors and their families through the process of moving into Independent, Assisted Living or Memory care.
  • Involvement in all aspects of marketing for the community including networking, sales, advertising, public relations, and community events.
  • Building strong relationships with the surrounding community of health care providers.
  • Ensuring that all expectations are met or exceeded to make the lives of residents vibrant and the community feel like home.
