The Sales Counselor is responsible for completing daily administrative tasks that ensure the sales office runs smoothly. You will provide outstanding customer service during all customer interactions and support the Sales Manager in completing all sales and marketing activities to position the community to achieve occupancy goals. This role is crucial in effectively selling and renting community homes and promoting the Windward lifestyle. Windward Communities (WC) has an expansive portfolio of manufactured home communities across the country, currently managing over 8,000 sites and positioned for future growth. Each community is tailored to the local area with features such as a community clubhouse, swimming pool, playground, dog park, picnic area, and walking trail. We are dedicated to providing a safe, affordable place for families to call home. As a Sales Counselor, you will assist the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales operations, create an exceptional first impression of the community, and maintain the Salesforce lead base through accurate data entry and reporting. You will also manage online home listings, ensure marketing materials are stocked, and shadow the Sales Manager to learn the sales process and the Windward Way.
