Requirements

Active RN License (required)
Ability to pass a Family Care Safety Registry screening
Ability to pass driving record check for fleet insurance approval
High school diploma or GED
Strong organizational and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with I/DD populations is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Conducting monthly RN oversight assessments
Reviewing medications and health records for accuracy and compliance
Supporting clients at medical appointments when needed
Training and delegating to direct care staff
Collaborating with care teams to maintain up-to-date care plans and medication orders
Completing timely documentation and progress notes
Ensuring adequate medical supplies and proper medication administration
Identifying and addressing any gaps in care or health-related concerns
Other duties as needed
