The purpose of this position is to enhance census development and increase the private pay referral base in designated facilities through professional relationships, ongoing education to services, and community outreach opportunities. The job duties include assisting and overseeing the internal lead management system, developing and conducting public relation activities, assisting with and presenting public educational outreach programs, monitoring referral source satisfaction and outcomes, and communicating market conditions and opportunities to facility and management staff. Additionally, the role involves assisting with media campaign management and becoming a resource for those needing our services.
