Community Resource Director

The Community Resource Director at Sinceri Senior Living plays a crucial role in enhancing census development and increasing the private pay referral base for designated facilities. This position is centered around building professional relationships, providing ongoing education about services, and engaging in community outreach opportunities. The director will assist in overseeing the internal lead management system, develop and conduct public relations activities, and present public educational outreach programs. Monitoring referral source satisfaction and outcomes is essential, as is communicating market conditions and opportunities to facility and management staff. Additionally, the director will assist with media campaign management and become a key resource for individuals seeking services. The role requires a proactive approach to creating and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, including nursing homes, retirement centers, physicians, and hospital staff. The director will participate in local organizations to enhance knowledge of the assisted living industry and the community's capabilities. Active leadership in community strategic planning for marketing action plans and sales efforts is expected, along with participation in weekly department head meetings to support occupancy goals. The director will also prepare reports, create a 30/60/90 day sales plan, and maintain a database of medical contacts and community resources. In addition to these responsibilities, the Community Resource Director will monitor trends and conversion ratios, evaluate customer satisfaction, and work collaboratively with the marketing team to improve occupancy and enhance resident and community relations. The position also involves developing and implementing special events and presentations aimed at community education, establishing the facility as an expert in assisted living, and assisting with customer service initiatives.
