SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF WORK The Community Resource Coordinator is responsible for strengthening community engagement, expanding volunteer involvement, and increasing in-kind donations through intentional relationship-building, effective coordination and tracking. This role serves as a key liaison between the agency and community partners, volunteers, and in-kind donors, ensuring that donated goods, services, and volunteer efforts are strategically aligned with client and organizational needs and priorities. By managing partnerships, nurturing donors, and maintaining accurate/timely records, the Community Resource Coordinator plays a critical role in expanding the agency’s capacity, visibility, and impact.
