Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in collaboration with others.
• No experience required; one year patient care or related experience preferred, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
• Driver’s license (MA, CT, NH, NY, RI, VT) preferred.
• Basic computer skills to use electronic or online systems for communication, clinical and administrative purposes.

Nice To Haves

• Medication Administration Program Certification (MAP) preferred.
• Experience in a psychiatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a psychiatric setting.
• Complete electronic medical records training and demonstrate 80% accuracy on competency test within 30 days of hire.
• Administer medications as required, following MAP certification guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain alertness and readiness during all shifts.
