About The Position
Healing Action Network is dedicated to fostering safety, healing, and recovery for survivors of human trafficking and exploitation. Grounded in trauma-informed, survivor-centered care, we envision a future free from exploitation. As the only AmeriCorps program in the U.S. focused solely on human trafficking, our Volunteer Service Link connects AmeriCorps members with victim service organizations to enhance and expand survivor support. The Community Research & Outreach Liaison supports education, coalition-building, and strategic development to advance trauma-informed, survivor-centered services. This role emphasizes expanding awareness of human trafficking while strengthening organizational sustainability through research, policy education, resource development, and public engagement.
