About The Position

Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Community Reproductive Health program, including navigation and health education services. Provides leadership that guides program development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring across all aspects of the program.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of concepts and practices related to community and reproductive health issues, particularly those affecting pregnant people, families with young children, and women across the lifespan.

  • Knowledge of and sensitivity to issues facing the community served.
  • Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by compassionate, courteous, cooperative, and professional interactions with diverse staff, partners, clients, and community members.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms, with the ability to use common software applications, spreadsheets, and customized databases.
  • Strong project management, process development, and administration skills, including the ability to set priorities, meet competing deadlines, and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice principles. Model inclusive practices and respect for differences.
  • Ability to travel across MCC’s service area.
  • Ability to engage in extended periods of sitting, computer work, and sustained concentration to complete financial analysis, reporting, and related tasks.
  • Ability to occasionally bend, reach, lift, carry, push, or pull training materials or equipment, generally not exceeding 30 pounds.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence and the ability to successfully pass a motor vehicle record check, where driving is an essential function of the role.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to attend conferences, seminars, and professional meetings.
  • Ability to work non‑traditional hours on an occasional basis based on operational needs.
  • Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of required post‑offer pre‑employment background clearances, as well as any additional post‑hire background, compliance, or programmatic clearances required by the organization, funders, or applicable regulations.
  • This role supports compliance for regulated funding streams, including Early Head Start, through timely financial reporting, audit readiness, and escalation of material risks to executive leadership.
  • Two plus years of supervisory experience.
  • bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and monitors all Community Reproductive Health (CRH) Navigation and Empower Your Choices (EYC) health education activities and ensures high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversees CRH and EYC scopes of work and collaborates with healthcare partners, educational institutions, and social service providers.
  • Implements and expands EYC health education in educational and community-based settings.
  • Recruits, hires, and supervises CRH Navigators and EYC Education Specialists.
  • Monitors program budgets and expenditures.
  • Prepares and submits all reports and invoices as required by funders.
  • Leads the implementation of program evaluation activities, including satisfaction surveys and post-workshop surveys.
  • Communicates and coordinates with other MCC programs to ensure continuity of services.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of reproductive health issues.
  • Facilitates regular staff meetings and conducts individual supervisory meetings.
  • Regularly reviews client files and provides feedback to staff.
  • Prepares performance evaluations with input from staff.
  • Identifies staff training needs, develops training plans, and strengthens skills through ongoing professional development.
  • Attends relevant staff meetings to promote communication and achievement of goals.
  • Completes special projects and other duties as assigned to support departmental priorities.
