About The Position

In this role, you’ll provide essential remote/corporate leasing support to ensure our communities operate smoothly and residents receive timely, professional service. Provide remote/corporate leasing assistance to apartment communities throughout the Towne portfolio. Monitor community email inboxes, voicemails, and social media messages. Respond to resident requests and schedule appointments. Conduct remote leasing tours and provide administrative support during the absence of on-site community personnel. Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in apartment leasing or property management is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products and Yardi.
  • Collaborative and meticulous.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with auto insurance for work use.
  • Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
