About The Position

Manages public relations, advertising, marketing and communications efforts for assigned Northeast Georgia Medical Center hospital campus and associated services to achieve volume, revenue and market share goals -- as well as influence public awareness and opinion of NGMC, NGHS and affiliated services and locations.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in a communication related field.
• Minimum three (3) to five (5) years experience in public relations and marketing.
• Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities as needed
• Strategic planning skills, identifying marketing strategies to achieve business objectives within defined budget
• Media relations experience; crisis management experience also preferred
• Problem solving and creative thinking skills
• Special events planning
• Community relations skills

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience.
• Knowledge of Northeast Georgia and Atlanta market dynamics beneficial.
