About The Position
The Community Relations Director is responsible for fulfilling leasing and move-in goals while maintaining a positive image of the community with referral sources, residents, and employees. This individual will lead the sales and marketing department at the community, scheduling, organizing, and conducting tours with prospective residents of independent and assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. They will respond and follow up with all inquiries in a timely manner and create, plan, and implement events to attract prospective residents and professionals. The role requires developing and maintaining good relationships with residents, families, and professional providers of care, as well as participating in weekend call coverage as needed. The Community Relations Director will work closely with the Executive Director and other leadership to develop and implement marketing plans and outreach programs.
