What You'll Do The Community Relations Director (CRD) leads the sales and marketing initiatives. The goal is to increase/maintain occupancy. The CRD supports the financial success of the community, representing the company's culture and values, developing strategic marketing plans, and role-modeling extraordinary customer service. The CRD builds relationships with future residents, families, team members, vendors, and the greater community. As Community Relations Director, you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks. Here are some general expectations: You will have overall responsibility for the sales and marketing process, working collaboratively with members of your leadership team. You will make sales calls, schedule educational presentations, and coordinate marketing events. You will do outreach to nursing homes, physician offices, and other health care professionals. You will guide, train and support team members to serve as a backup in taking inquiry calls, giving tours, and providing customer service as needed. You will maintain a working knowledge of federal and state regulations. You will prepare reports as required and develop strategic marketing plans. You will model the Compass Senior Living values of goodness, loyalty, faith, and fun as a representative of your community.

Requirements

  • Bring good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.

  • Be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check.
  • Have a valid driver's license.
