Requirements

  • An Associates Degree or equivalent experience
  • Confidence and strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build meaningful relationships and communicate effectively.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in every task and interaction.
  • Comfort with technology, including proficiency in computers and various software tools to support your role.
  • A proactive mindset, always seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, thriving in dynamic environments and collaborating well with others.
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of experience working in a corporate environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, contractors, and visitors, providing a welcoming and hospitable experience.
  • Offer guidance on the site and local area, including directions to locations and parking areas.
  • Address client inquiries and issues promptly, applying strong problem-solving skills for effective resolution.
  • Support planning and execution of campus events, ensuring smooth coordination and support.
  • Maintain professional communication via Salesforce and manage building signage and other communications.
  • Collaborate with the Community Manager Team and assist colleagues during peak periods to promote a cooperative team environment.
