About The Position
The City of Raleigh Solid Waste Services Department is seeking a highly resourceful, detail-oriented, adaptable, analytical, multi-tasker with solid critical thinking and communications skills for our Community Relations Analyst position. This position serves as a liaison between the Solid Waste Services Department and the citizens by assisting with education and outreach, developing clear and concise web and social media content, providing citizen education and coordinating programs that facilitate citizen participation. This position also assists with the marketing of solid waste yard waste products and services and aids in community outreach related to the sale of those products. This role will lead the effort to develop communication and education resources that are used to educate the citizens on service line requirements.
