About The Position

The Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) Director is responsible for administration of the City's Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA), including preparation and submission of State reports. This role involves significant coordination and collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the effective functioning of the CRA and to promote economic development within the community.

Responsibilities

• Coordination with the CRA Executive Board
• Collaboration with CRA property owners
• Cooperation with other City staff and appropriate boards and committees
• Economic development
• Public engagement
• Special events
• Grant writing and review
• Preparation and submission of State reports
• Collaboration with other City departments and agencies to achieve CRA goals and objectives
