About The Position
As a key member of the Recruitment and Retention Team, the Community Recruitment Coordinator plays a vital role in connecting women with opportunities by sourcing, attracting, and cultivating strong community partnerships. This position ensures the successful identification, screening, and onboarding of qualified women for Grace Institute's training programs. Utilizing Salesforce to track progress, the Coordinator streamlines the admissions process and fosters women's engagement and retention.
