About The Position

The Community Property Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the property, focusing on enhancing its value while adhering to Keystone policies and relevant laws. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage financial, leasing, administrative, and resident relations effectively.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently with residents and team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Real Page, and Lead to Lease.
  • Organizational aptitude to maintain detailed records and a clean work area.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ability to understand financial goals and operate asset in owners' best interest in accordance with Policies & Procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit them weekly.
  • Ensure that all rents and late fees are collected, posted, and deposited daily.
  • Generate necessary legal action and documents in accordance with Keystone and state guidelines.
  • Provide constant vendor/contractor communications regarding scheduling and billing.
  • Ensure A/P invoices and petty cash funds are managed and available for audits.
  • Ensure property is leased to fullest capacity and prepare renewal letters in advance.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents.
  • Confirm that leasing staff gather competitive information and maintain organized files.
  • Monitor and analyze traffic logs and marketing data for accurate reporting.
  • Represent Keystone Group and Community professionally.
  • Prepare and implement procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Confirm all leases and paperwork are completed accurately and timely.
  • Maintain and secure current resident files.
  • Ensure all administrative paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Lead an emergency team for community emergencies and ensure proper response.
  • Address resident concerns and requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement resident retention programs and ensure distribution of notices.
