The Program Manager II works as part of an interdisciplinary team and is responsible for ensuring that program activities are administered effectively and in accordance with regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for providing clinical oversight, support, and professional development for assigned staff. This position must understand, appreciate, and respect the individuals within our Cascadia community. As such, it is expected that this position promotes integrated care, our vision of trauma-informed and person-first approaches, and helps create a work environment of safety and acceptance.
