About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Community Physician & Program Specialist to support operations across assigned community-based programs. This role plays a vital part in ensuring high-quality care coordination, administrative support, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team serving children, adolescents, and families.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, including treatment standards, models, and theories within a multidisciplinary setting
Passion for mental health advocacy and experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams using evidence-based practices
Ability to navigate complex situations, think critically, and implement innovative interventions, with a commitment to ongoing professional growth

Nice To Haves

College coursework or a bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred
Experience working with at-risk youth

Responsibilities

Supporting client care processes from admission through discharge
Performing physician clerk duties, including scheduling and coordinating medication management appointments
Managing external communications, including completing prior authorizations
Providing direct program support and assisting clinical teams as needed
Attending meetings and completing accurate, timely documentation
Upholding agency standards of professionalism in all internal and external interactions
Completing additional administrative and program-related tasks as assigned
