About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Community Physician & Program Specialist to support operations across assigned community-based programs. This role plays a vital part in ensuring high-quality care coordination, administrative support, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team serving children, adolescents, and families.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong understanding of child and adolescent development, including treatment standards, models, and theories within a multidisciplinary setting
  • Passion for mental health advocacy and experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams using evidence-based practices
  • Ability to navigate complex situations, think critically, and implement innovative interventions, with a commitment to ongoing professional growth

Nice To Haves

  • College coursework or a bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred
  • Experience working with at-risk youth

Responsibilities

  • Supporting client care processes from admission through discharge
  • Performing physician clerk duties, including scheduling and coordinating medication management appointments
  • Managing external communications, including completing prior authorizations
  • Providing direct program support and assisting clinical teams as needed
  • Attending meetings and completing accurate, timely documentation
  • Upholding agency standards of professionalism in all internal and external interactions
  • Completing additional administrative and program-related tasks as assigned
