About The Position

The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC) is a human services agency that is seeking a Community Participation Instructor for our Community Fusion program. This day program serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Community Fusion is a day program that was designed as a transitional program for individuals with disabilities to assist them in becoming active citizens in their community. Participants can choose from a variety of activities throughout the day. The Community Participation Instructor will assist these participants in a range of activities of their choice, including community involvement. Mechanicsburg - Full-time (35 hours per week): Monday through Friday 8:30am - 3:30pm Rate of pay $15.83 per hour CPARC offers a competitive benefit package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance for full time staff at NO COST for the employee only coverage. Requirements

• A High School Diploma or its equivalent is required.
• Must be physically able to care for participants with disabilities and must possess a valid PA driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in working with people who have disabilities is preferred but not required.
