About The Position

Requirements

  • Successful completion of a paramedic program.
  • Successful completion of a community paramedic course.
  • Community Paramedic Certification required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
  • NIMMS 100,200,700 certification.
  • A driving record in good standing and a valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license required.
  • Strong organizational, problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional Communication and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRT) preferred.
  • 2+ years EMS experience preferred.

Benefits

  • Starting pay begins at $29.90 per hour and increases with experience
  • Pay range: $29.90 - $44.86 per hour
