What You Can Expect: Full time and Part time available Day, swing, and night shift available. 3 on 4 off, 4 on 3 off schedule with 12 hour shifts Working with virtual nursing, social workers, tele-health staff, ED staff, floor staff and in home staff Driving a St. Luke's vehicle to complete scheduled at home visits Hands-on patient assessments in coordination with Customer Virtual Care Team clinicians. Qualifications:
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years relevant experience
- EMT-P State of Practice
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Driving a St. Luke's vehicle to complete scheduled at home visits
- Hands-on patient assessments in coordination with Customer Virtual Care Team clinicians.
- Working with virtual nursing, social workers, tele-health staff, ED staff, floor staff and in home staff
