About The Position
The Community Outreach Specialist (COS) will be tasked with contacting eligible health members in the community to educate them on Wayspring's service offerings. The COS will utilize a prioritized list for outreach and have confidence navigating the complexities of the community. The ideal candidate will be a highly personable professional with excellent communication skills. The candidate will also have experience working with vulnerable populations who may be disengaged from healthcare and live a more transient lifestyle. This individual will work to support a specific market that Wayspring offers services in. This individual will performing face-to-face outreach to members in the Wilmington, DE area. Mileage reimbursement included!
