Your seat at the table: Community Outreach Retail Manager You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to: Lead, Manage, and drive Accountability Hire, develop and train store staff Manage store P & L to make informed business decisions Sales and Operations Plan promotions in coordination with company and community events to drive sales and experiences to create repeat customer visits Coordinate with sister division, SynergyOps, to assist in selling slow moving/ discontinued inventory as well as excess inventory to support cost effective run sizes Drive traffic to the store by creatively publicizing throughout the community and other social awareness methods Ensure strong operational standards, ordering and storing of inventory, signage, product information, pricing, and merchandising presentations Ensure building safety and security standards are maintained Community Outreach & Customer Service Build connections and relationships with community organizations, event coordinators, key community stakeholders, and company leadership Develop and implement plans to create deeper community engagement via store, cooking events, and tours Build strong relationships with current and new customer base Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively Actively listen to customers to address questions and concerns Brand and Product Knowledge Collaborate with divisions of Regal Ware to understand history and current positioning of the brand and product value proposition Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise; ensure staff has sound knowledge of product
