About The Position

We’re hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives to support meaningful nonprofit initiatives through face-to-face engagement, grassroots outreach, and fundraising. Requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and public engagement skills

• High school diploma or equivalent ( some college preferred )
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• No prior experience required — full paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, public spaces, and outreach campaigns
• Engage the public through one-on-one conversations to raise awareness and inspire support
• Communicate nonprofit missions, values, and initiatives clearly and enthusiastically
• Collaborate with your team to achieve daily fundraising and outreach goals
• Manage outreach materials, displays, and event setup/teardown
• Track community interactions and gather feedback to improve campaign effectiveness
• Participate in training on leadership, advocacy, and professional communication
