Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable engaging with seniors and diverse communities
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required for events
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities
- The Community Outreach Representative is responsible for generating qualified Medicare and Covered California leads through community-based outreach activities, events, and educational opportunities throughout Southern California.
- This role serves as the primary on-site representative at approved community events, ensuring compliant engagement, professional brand representation, and effective lead capture to support enrollment growth.
- Identify, coordinate, attend, and professionally represent the organization at approved community events, health fairs, and outreach activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, event organizers, and local organizations
- Generate, capture, and qualify Medicare and Covered California leads in compliance with CMS and Covered California guidelines, providing high-level education (no plan-specific sales)
- Ensure full compliance with all marketing regulations by using approved materials and maintaining accurate documentation of outreach and leads
- Track event performance and lead outcomes, provide regular reporting, and coordinate logistics with internal teams and contracted agents
