About The Position

Oakwood is a locally owned, not-for-profit, faith-based organization that has served Madison-area seniors since 1948. Oakwood operates campuses in Madison, each offering a full continuum of care and services. Oakwood Village Prairie Ridge is located on the east side of Madison, and Oakwood Village University Woods is located on the west side of Madison. This position will report to Preferred Services working within the skilled nursing facility and home health and hospice departments.

Requirements

• This internship is open to current Undergraduate or Graduate students.
• Marketing, social media, home health or hospice experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists with the development and implementation of outreach marketing strategies.
• Conducts research to identify outreach opportunities and partnerships within the community.
• Creates content for outreach campaigns, social media posts, emails and website design.
• Assists with administrative tasks related to marketing and outreach campaigns including recruitment campaigns.
• Stays up to date with competitors' marketing and outreach strategies.
• Develops outreach and marketing strategies for Oakwood Preferred Business lines.
• Implements outreach and marketing campaigns and attend outreach events.
• Assists with administrative tasks related to marketing, outreach and recruitment campaigns for Preferred Service Lines.
