About The Position
The Community Outreach Coordinator at Praesum Healthcare plays a vital role in developing and nurturing professional relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare community, including Primary Care Physicians, hospitals, and other decision-makers who can refer patients to the organization's treatment programs. This position is essential for creating long-lasting referral relationships that facilitate patient access to Sunrise Detox Centers and other services offered by Praesum Healthcare. The coordinator will engage in various outreach activities, including door-to-door visits, telephonic communication, one-on-one meetings, presentations, and participation in professional organizations and social media platforms. The role requires consistent engagement with potential referral partners, meeting weekly and monthly activity expectations, and contributing to the overall referral goals of Praesum Healthcare's Behavioral Health programs. The coordinator will need to understand the local geographic area to identify opportunities for professional referral relationships that optimize the utilization of detox and counseling treatment programs. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in developing marketing and public relations materials to support relationship-building efforts and may participate in seminars and campaigns aimed at attracting prospective referral resources. Collaboration with senior management and marketing personnel is crucial to achieving optimal revenue through maximum referrals for the center's treatment programs and services. The position involves daily local travel and occasional overnight trips, requiring flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed. The coordinator will also be responsible for recording daily activities through CRM software, ensuring accurate tracking of outreach efforts and referral contributions.
