About The Position

The Community Outreach Coordinator will play a key role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with Catholic parishes, organizations, and communities in the Denver area. This position is responsible for executing and updating the Catholic Outreach Plan, ensuring our presence and mission are well represented within Catholic networks.

Requirements

• Practicing Catholic with a strong understanding of Catholic traditions, values, and community life.
• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays as part of a flexible schedule.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to represent the organization with professionalism and respect in Catholic settings.
• Familiarity with the Denver Catholic community and its network is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain connections with Catholic parishes and other Catholic entities across the Denver area.
• Coordinate advertising and communications efforts in partnership with Catholic organizations.
• Represent the organization by attending Catholic community events, liturgical gatherings, and special programs.
• Execute, monitor, and regularly update the Catholic Outreach Plan in alignment with organizational goals.
• Share any generated leads directly with the Sales & Marketing Director (this role does not include sales functions).
• Provide regular updates and reports to the supervisor.
