About The Position

We’re seeking a compassionate, relationship-driven Community Relations Coordinator to grow our home-care agency’s presence across Montgomery County and nearby markets (Prince Georges and Howard). This position is ideal for someone who is organized, service-oriented, and energized by meeting new people—and who is hungry to achieve, humble in attitude, and smart in how they build relationships.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in community outreach, marketing, sales, or social services (home care/healthcare a plus).
• Self-motivated, driven to exceed goals without needing constant supervision.
• Team-oriented, open to feedback, and focused on the mission over ego.
• Intuitive communicator who reads situations and builds trust quickly.
• Consider yourself and others see you as warm, dependable, community-minded, and proactive about helping others.
• Thrive on face-to-face connections and enjoy being in the field more than behind a desk.
• Communicate clearly and work comfortably toward referral and inquiry goals.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Work, Business, or a related field (Not required).
• Familiarity with CRM systems or basic marketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral relationships with healthcare providers, senior living communities, and social workers.
• Represent the agency at networking events, health fairs, and community meetings.
• Track outreach activity in the CRM and report measurable results.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and intake team for seamless referral-to-client conversion.
