About The Position

At Caring Senior Service, our mission is to support seniors in maintaining their independence and quality of life by providing compassionate, non-medical in-home care. We deliver personalized services that allow seniors to age safely and comfortably in their own homes. We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate Home Care Consultant to join our dedicated team. This position is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a strong passion for senior care and community engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering relationships with healthcare providers, generating client referrals, and supporting families in accessing essential care services.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within home care, healthcare, or senior services
• Strong knowledge of home care operations, medical terminology, and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
• Genuine passion for enhancing the well-being of seniors and their families

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales and outreach plans to increase client referrals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral partners
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and outreach objectives
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client interactions and outreach activities
• Represent Caring Senior Service at community events, health fairs, and professional networking opportunities
• Collaborate with internal staff and caregivers to ensure the highest standard of client care
