About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Community Outreach Assistant to join our growing event marketing and fundraising team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about community engagement, nonprofit support, and face-to-face marketing. You will represent nonprofit clients at live events, build relationships with the public, and help drive fundraising efforts. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus)
Strong communication and people skills
Interest in event marketing, fundraising, or nonprofit work

Responsibilities

Assist with planning and executing community outreach events and fundraising campaigns
Represent nonprofit organizations at live events, pop-ups, and promotional campaigns
Engage with community members to raise awareness and secure donations
Deliver clear and compelling messaging about client missions and goals
Track daily outreach results and fundraising performance
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed campaign targets
Set up and break down event materials and displays
