About The Position
The Community Mentor position at Old Colony YMCA is designed for individuals who are passionate about making a positive impact on children and families within the community. This role involves providing support to parents and caretakers while also mentoring youth involved with the Department of Children and Families and the Department of Mental Health Children's Services. The mentor will work both independently and as part of a team, engaging with adolescents in therapeutic group settings and managing a caseload of individual youth and family consumers.
