About The Position

As a Community Support Specialist, Residential, you will work one-on-one and in groups with clients experiencing mental health challenges. Within the residential setting, you will assist clients as they learn and practice the skills necessary for independent living. Your daily tasks may include helping residents prepare meals, practicing housekeeping skills, and working on interpersonal and coping skills. You will not only help clients develop key independent living skills but also document their progress, success with medication management, and recovery process. Requirements

  • On-Call for multiple sites
  • At least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or GED certificate

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED certificate and 5 years of supervised clinical experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field and 2 years of supervised clinical experience

Responsibilities
