Under the guidance of a Clinical Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in improving the well-being and daily functioning of those we serve. What You’ll Do: Client Support & Family Engagement Develop and implement personalized mental health treatment plans (approved by the Clinical Supervisor). Provide individual and group skills training to enhance emotional and behavioral functioning. Offer resources and education to clients and families to support personal growth. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to mandatory reporting laws to ensure client safety. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with families and community partners to ensure seamless coordination of care. Build strong, professional relationships with outside agencies on behalf of the client. Effectively communicate (both written and verbal) to advocate for client needs and progress. Documentation & Professional Development Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency guidelines. Stay up to date with continuing education and training as required.
