River Terrace Manor Memory Care, our beautiful Memory Care community in Oregon City, OR is actively recruiting for an exceptional Community Marketing Manager. This critical role is responsible for driving community occupancy, cultivating relationships, and enhancing brand awareness. If you, or someone you know, is: A highly motivated, self-starter with demonstrated success driving brand awareness in a targeted market. Proficient with utilizing a variety of strategies including networking, social media, and lead generation tools to maximize community marketing results. A relationship-based marketer with the ability to develop and maintain value-add partnerships with referral sources, providers and other resources within the long-term care industry. Experienced with planning and executing public relations, marketing and fundraising events and being an ambassador of the company’s mission, vision and culture. We would LOVE to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of equivalent experience in marketing, advertising and social media coordination required
  • Strong organizational and computer skills
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with previous proven results in a similar role
  • Positive attitude and an ability to work within a team
  • Must have the flexibility to work on weekends as one of the Management Team
  • Must have a valid ODL and a reliable vehicle

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with the elderly preferred
  • Understanding of state and federal regulations preferred
