About The Position

As a Community Manager, you lead the entire site team in conducting the day-to-day operations of a multimillion dollar, multifamily apartment home community. You will ensure your community's operations run smoothly, provide guidance to residents, and maintain a positive living experience. You will also lead by example, inspire your team, and manage the community like a business leader, focusing on occupancy, retention, and net operating income.

Requirements

  • Stellar record of management experience (2+ years preferred).
  • Dynamic team leadership and communication abilities.
  • Expert time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the site team in daily operations of the apartment community.
  • Ensure smooth operations and a positive living experience for residents.
  • Provide guidance and solutions to resident problems.
  • Inspire and motivate the site team to exceed expectations.
  • Maintain an open door policy for team communication.
  • Hire, train, and manage team members effectively.
  • Prepare budgets and manage large accounts.
  • Assess community value and seek ways to maximize NOI.
