As a Community Manager, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of your center. You'll motivate your team to create a great working environment to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. A typical day includes reviewing daily reports, welcoming members and guests, understanding business needs, preparing for new member move-ins, conducting tours for potential members, reviewing billing, and ensuring the center is show-ready. You will also handle team management tasks such as reviewing paid time off requests and coaching team members.

  • Manage the daily operations of the center.
  • Motivate the team to create a positive working environment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Welcome members and guests, assisting with their needs.
  • Conduct tours for potential members.
  • Review billing to ensure all customers are current.
  • Prepare for new member move-ins.
  • Handle team management tasks including coaching and scheduling.
  • 3+ years of strong customer service experience, ideally in hospitality or events.
  • Experience in leading teams.
  • Comfortable providing sales support.
  • Ability to pre-empt issues and solve problems.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
  • Legally eligible to work in the country of application and at least 18 years old.
