About The Position

We’re looking for a part -time Circle Community Manager to help us engage and grow our online community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building connections, sparking conversations, and making sure members feel welcomed and supported. You’ll be working just 1–2 hours per week to start.

Requirements

• Friendly, positive communicator with great written tone.
• Comfortable using Circle or quick to learn new tools.
• Able to commit to ~1–2 hours per week, flexible timing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new members each week and encourage introductions.
• Post weekly prompts, questions, or highlights to spark engagement.
• Respond to comments and keep conversations active and respectful.
• Share occasional updates, events, or resources in the community.
• Flag any issues or suggestions for improvement to the core team.
