Requirements

  • 3+ years of property management industry experience
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary on-site leader and point of contact for residents.
  • Resolve complex resident issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, property inspections, and curb appeal.
  • Manage resident accounts, collections, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor occupancy and revenue to meet community goals.
  • Lead and coach on-site team members to deliver top-notch service.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development.
