Your Role: The On-Site CEO You are the captain of the ship. From managing the budget to motivating your team and ensuring resident satisfaction, you own the entire operation. Requirements

A minimum of 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management is required.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to sit for long periods using office equipment, as well as walk the community and lift supplies as needed.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Nice To Haves

Manufactured home community experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

Cultivate employee satisfaction and hold your team accountable to meet or exceed goals for NOI, occupancy, collections, and home sales.
Consistently execute Havenpark’s standard operating procedures and demonstrate our core values in every interaction.
Guarantee the community operates in full compliance with federal, state laws, and Fair Housing Standards.
Cultivate resident satisfaction by addressing issues with urgency and care, creating a loyal resident base that renews year over year.
Manage resident ledgers, ensure all work orders are completed within 48 hours, and execute successful touchpoints throughout the resident journey.
Lead all community marketing efforts to attract new residents and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Hold your sales team accountable for pipeline conversion, maintain occupancy goals for rentals, and oversee the successful sale of on-site homes.
Track and maintain a positive Net Operating Income for your community through expert budget oversight and expense management.
Scrutinize vendor and supplier spending to ensure maximum financial performance.
Oversee all rent billing, collection, and legal action in compliance with State and Fair Housing Standards.
Ensure the community is a safe and beautiful place to live by maintaining homesites, common areas, and amenities to Havenpark's high standards.
