The company is seeking a full-time, experienced Community Manager. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized, and possess great attention to detail. This role requires an experienced and dynamic manager who thrives in an active environment and can lead by example.

Requirements

  • Must be an experienced and dynamic manager who thrives in an active environment, demonstrating the ability to lead by example while standing and walking extensively
  • Must work well in a team environment
  • Problem solver with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • 3+ years verifiable experience

Responsibilities

  • Over all responsibility of the day to day operations of the community
  • Supervision of on-site staff
  • Leasing, marketing and public relations of the community
  • Rent Collection and Record Keeping
  • Completion of required weekly reports
  • Resident Retention
  • Over sight of contractors while they are performing work at the community
