Requirements
- 3+ years of multifamily property management experience (required)
- Strong background in TN Tax Credit compliance
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to drive occupancy, manage budgets, and support resident needs
Nice To Haves
- Entrata software experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with HUD, TN Housing Authority, and Tax Credit regulations
- Manage financial performance, occupancy goals, and collections
- Lead and motivate onsite staff
- Conduct property inspections and maintain high standards
- Deliver outstanding resident service and timely resolutions
