Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Community Manager experience in multifamily housing
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of leasing, budgeting, and Fair Housing regulations
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the apartment community
- Lead and supervise on-site staff
- Oversee leasing, renewals, and resident relations
- Monitor rent collections, occupancy, and retention
- Coordinate maintenance operations and service standards
- Manage budgets and ensure Fair Housing compliance
