The Community Manager at ACC Management Group is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and overall performance of affordable housing communities, ensuring compliance with tax credit regulations while delivering high-quality resident services. This role includes managing property operations at Regency (Little Chute) – Senior Tax Credit community and City Center (Brillion) – Family Tax Credit community . The Community Manager works to create a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment tailored to the needs of both senior and family residents.
