About The Position

MG Properties, with over 30 years of experience in the acquisition, development, rehabilitation, and management of apartment communities across the Western United States, is seeking an experienced Community Manager for their property, Biscayne Bay Apartments, located in Chandler, AZ. The company focuses on enriching lives physically in their community buildings, philanthropically through giving back to local communities, and through the development and growth of their employees. This role is responsible for building and training a team, marketing the property, overseeing and maintaining the budget, and handling all operational tasks to help the property thrive.

Requirements

• RECENT experience managing a fast-paced apartment community
• Supervisory/management experience
• Team building and effective management skills
• Demonstrated operations skills including marketing, budgets, sales
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
• Acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties (as a condition of employment)
• Submit to a background check and drug-screen (if identified for a position)
