About The Position

USA MULTIFAMILY MANAGEMENT, INC. is a real estate investment and development organization engaged in the management of residential multifamily communities. They develop, build, own, and manage properties throughout California and Nevada, specializing in Tax Credit; Section 42 properties (LIHTC – Low Income Housing Tax Credit). The company fosters a collaborative work environment and offers opportunities for talent development. They are seeking a Community Manager for a brand new 264-unit Family Community in Roseville, CA. This is a non-exempt, full-time position with a Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm schedule. The Community Manager is required to reside at the Community, and an on-site 2-bedroom apartment will be provided at no charge.

Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience in on-site property management, with Tax Credit knowledge and lease up experience
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of YARDI Voyager
  • Management of on-site staff and resources
  • Successful track record of meeting property goals
  • Low Income Housing Tax Credit experience
  • Must have a valid CA driver’s license & reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or GED required

Responsibilities

  • Accountable for property operations
  • Supervise and coordinate staff, activities and resources in order to accomplish property objectives
  • Manage portfolio; maximizing occupancy levels and property values
